Ranch is America’s condiment and we’ve kicked it up notch with smoky chipotle peppers. We’ve found just the right blend of spices and fresh-tasting herbs to make a familiar favorite with a touch of heat. Not only can you make a Southwest ranch dressing or a creamy ranch dip with this mix, it also seasons potatoes, pork chops, meatballs and more!
Ingredients: onion, sea salt, herbs & spices, garlic, chipotle pepper, yeast extract, vinegar powder (maltodextrin, white distilled vinegar, modified food starch). Packaged in a facility that handles wheat, milk, soy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Serve with: Vegetable Sticks, Bread Cubes, Potato Chips, Pretzels, Salads.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
Layers of spicy chicken, creamy ranch, and melted cheese make a sinful dip! Serve hot dip with celery sticks and tortilla chips.
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup prepared Coal Creek Kick Dip Mix
¼ - ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce or Buffalo Wing Sauce
8 oz. package shredded mozzarella cheese
~ Boil chicken in water or grill until cooked through. Drain (if boiled) and set aside and allow to cool.
~ Spread cream cheese evenly over the bottom of a 9” x 9” x 2” baking dish. Spread Ranch Dressing evenly over cream cheese. Set aside.
~ Shred chicken and mix with hot sauce. Spread evenly over Ranch Dip.
~ Sprinkle cheese evenly over top of chicken.
~ Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
