Make elegant yet simple appetizers in store-bought frozen phyllo cups.

2 15 ct. Boxes frozen phyllo shells

1 pkt. Flickertail Farm Dip Mix. prepared as directed for spread

Cherry tomatoes, quartered lengthwise

~ Spoon approx. 1 ½ - 2 tsp. Flickertail Farm Dip Spread into the palm of your hand; roll into a ball; place into a phyllo shell; repeat until all shells are filled.

~ Arrange a cherry tomato quarter on the top of each stuffed shell, with the skin side up.

~ Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
